PATH Hosts the 8th P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative Network (PCN) Meeting of 2008 August 2008 PATH plays hosts at the 8th P.O.W.E.R. Collaborative Network (PCN) Meeting of 2008. PCN is a nonprofit business group offering partnership opportunities with economic/educational resources. Various community entities were present, including the We Build - construction pre-apprenticeship training program, Vasek Polak Health Clinic, El Camino College – CalWORKS, and Working Wardrobe just to name a few of the 40 business in attendance. The PCN monthly meetings discuss job recruitment, funding, training, and other labor engagement topics.
