PATH provides the support homeless Veterans, families and individuals need in order to successfully transition from living  in unstable housing situations to thriving in homes of their own. High quality supportive services are critical to ensuring the people we serve stay in permanent homes long-term. Our goal is to help 10,000 people Make It Home by 2020.

PATH has launched a new Housing Partnership Program (HPP) designed to provide professional landlord and property management care that is customer service driven, mutually beneficial, and continually supportive. As PATH continues to provide safe homes, and a higher quality of life, we would love to further develop our partnerships with new and current landlords in Los Angeles. We have lots of Veterans, families, and individuals who need a place to call home, and we need your participation to help them Make It Home!

Mutually beneficial partnership: If you have vacant units and would like to help our clients Make It Home, then the program can help coordinate candidates for your review.

Customer service driven: All properties will be assigned a dedicated Housing Partnership Program representative who will provide customer service and direct contact to PATH.

Committed to long-term partnerships: HPP representatives are trained in mediation and are available to address any concerns that may arise even after our client has signed a lease and moved in.

PATH Housing Participants:

PATH has a variety of Housing Programs that provide Section 8 Vouchers and Temporary Rental Assistance that serve:

  • Veterans
  • Individuals
  • Families

In the last three years, we have helped over 6,000 Veterans, individuals and families find permanent homes. Will YOU be a part of our future veteran success stories?

As Los Angeles County continues to experience a drastic increase in market rent, and a simultaneous and continuous drop in unit vacancies, PATH needs the support of partners like you to provide access to units. We are fully committed to fostering mutually beneficial and supportive approaches, like the Housing Partnership Program, to be as competitive as possible in this evolving market. If you are a landlord or property manager that would like to learn more about the HPP and/or get involved to help our veterans Make It Home, visit our Landlord Inquiry page, or give our housing partnership team a call! We will respond within 24-48 hours. All properties working with PATH’s VASH program will receive all the benefits of the Housing Partnership Program!

Contact us at (213) 595-2343 if your rental property falls within the following regions:

  • West Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley
  • Central & East Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley
  • South LA/ South Bay, Long Beach, Orange County

PATH has set a California state-wide goal to help 10,000 people move into permanent homes by the end of 2020. As of July 2015, over 4,814 men, women and children now have a safe place to call home. Carlos is one of them.

Help us congratulate Veteran Carlos on MAKING IT HOME!
Carlos served in the US Army as an avionics mechanic. When the new PATH West Los Angeles Veteran’s Interim Housing opened, Carlos became one of its very first residents. Because the PATH VASH(Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) offices are located directly upstairs from the interim housing, it helped to improve and accelerate the process of getting Carlos into a permanent home. His care was enhanced because his VASH social worker worked closely with the West LA Veteran’s Interim Housing team to coordinate the housing placement and care that he received. On July 9th, Carlos signed his lease and moved into his new apartment! From streets to a permanent residence in just over 2 months!
