PATH - Los AngelesThe PATH Los Angeles is a 40,000 square foot facility that features 98 beds of transitional housing for men, women, and families, and is also home to the PATHMall, a collaborative of nearly two dozen social service providers who provide a complete network of services all located under one roof. Designed by renowned architect Jeffrey Kalban, PATH Los Angeles has received three architecture awards for excellence from American Institute of Architects, California Council (AIACC), Westside Urban Forum and the Los Angeles Business Council. PATH Los Angeles pioneers a new approach to serving the homeless by housing and delivering a comprehensive array of housing and social services at one location in the form of a contemporary shopping mall. Clients just have to walk down the hall to find all the services they need. The interior and exterior design of the building is colorful and bright, and the design brings dignity and hope to all who walk through its doors. The PATH Los Angeles has revolutionized the way we can help people without homes to
get off of the streets and find work, save money, secure housing, and empower
their lives.
