PATH - Strategic Outreach
Outreach and Referrals

Street Outreach Teams: Our team of outreach workers travel in vans and on foot to build relationships with people living on the streets to encourage them to use local services and resources. The team also responds to calls for assistance from law enforcement, businesses and concerned citizens. Our outreach efforts are focused in the areas of Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Inglewood, Westchester and Los Angeles.
- Hollywood Emergency Response Team (HERO): Specialized outreach teams specifically working throughout the Hollywood area (from 4pm-Midnight) to encourage people to access supportive services.
