PATH - Los Angeles

The HPRP Program Manager is responsible for managing the Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing (HPRP) program. This includes assisting the Director of Community Engagement with community outreach, engagement, technical assistance, and data input, analysis, and evaluation. The Program Manager will also provide data entry and review data entered by partner agencies, compare data input in HMIS with client files for quality control and data accuracy, and monitor the data for progress towards established program goals. The Program Manager will manage the program, collect data from partners, prepare reports, and document quality control outcomes with recommendations for corrective actions.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the financial activity of PATH Partners and its alliance agencies, strategic planning, budgeting and banking relationships.  Responsibilities include: Accounting, Financial Controls, Strategic Planning and Budgeting.  Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance; a Master’s Degree, or comparable experience in a related field is preferred.  Minimum of five years experience in a non-profit executive management position.

All positions require the following: Good communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salaries commensurate with experience. Full-time positions include full benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, and pension. Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
