INTERN WITH PATHFINDERS
GED Instructor
Background
The GED is a standardized test that measures mastery of high school
concepts and is considered the equivalent of a high school diploma. It
is an important foundation for any career because it opens up a whole range
of employment opportunities that would not be available otherwise. The
GED can be a very intimidating test, which is why PATH considers GED preparation
classes to be one of the most valuable tools we can offer our clients.
These classes will enable homeless and low-income people to escape welfare
and minimum wage jobs and obtain careers.
